Lawren Wu, PhD

Lawren has over 20 years of experience in drug discovery and development in the fields of immunology and oncology. He studied protein folding and structure for his PhD degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, followed by postdoctoral studies in T cell biology and molecular recognition at Stanford Medical School. Lawren worked in the Department of Immunology at Genentech, followed by the Department of Immunology and Oncology at Amgen, where he was Executive Director and led the Cancer Immunotherapy research group. He has broad experience in protein biotherapeutics, small molecule therapeutics, and cell therapy.
