Diana brings over four years of professional experience, blending efficiency with a touch of flair. Prior to joining BigHat, Diana worked as a Support Advisor at TaskUs, where she assisted hundreds of e-commerce clients, ranging from startups to established businesses, in managing and optimizing their online operations. Diana earned her BS in Psychology from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines and is pursuing an MBA at Don Honorio Ventura Technological State University, with an expected graduation in 2025.
